Pearland snags the top ranking in the annual Texas Retail Survey for the third year in a row. Ranked No. 1 in the survey, Pearland garnered a 9.2 average five-year percentage growth in retail sales and nearly $962 million in retail sales in 2011.

The Pearland Old Townsite Farmers Market kicked off the 2013 market season this month – be sure to stop by on Saturday, January 26th. The market is held at Zychlinski Park on the second and fourth Saturday of each month from 8 am to 12 pm.
Situated at the heart of Pearland, the Old Townsite Farmers Market is designed to attract visitors to the original founding place of the fast-growing city. It also provides Pearland area families with a place to purchase local products and helps support local families who produce the goods.
